Sekab has been awarded gold in the annual international ranking by EcoVadis. This places the company among the top five percent in the world in terms of sustainability work.
EcoVadis is an independent sustainability rating service, that assesses a company’s sustainability management through its policies, actions and results. It focuses on 21 sustainability criteria through four main categories: Environment, Labor rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. Their method is based on international CSR standards including the Global Reporting Initiative, the UN Global Compact and ISO 26000.
The report from EcoVadis shows that Sekab performs very well in all areas and specifically within the environment area and within the labour and human rights area.
